Was doing so well and this week totally lost it!! I know I need to draw a line just need someone to shout at me really. Going to weigh in tomorrow. Probably a gain. I know that but need to find that determination from somewhere!

Dust yourself off and get back on the horse.

Being shouted at won't help as it will make you feel like shit and make you not want to continue. You need support and it's never always a downwards line, so,ego,es it hovers and goes up as well.

One week isn't a huge blip in a lifetime of change!

@hereholdmydrink yes would love to keep each other on track! I weighed in on Saturday and put 0.5lb on so maybe not too bad but I need to get back on it! Currently making a shopping list for the week ahead and browsing pinch of nom recipies!

I find it so hard to stay on track, dh is shit and gets in loads of choc so it's too easy to fall off the wagon. He also wants take away ALL the time it's so unfair Hmm he's not a heffa though so he can.

I've charged the Fitbit and will be going on little walks to ease me in. Also realised I haven't got any sw friendly meals in so will have to sit and go through the book again. I weighed myself this morning to get my start weight. ConfusedBlush

My food has been shocking but my steps have been great! Dc2 has been shocking at sleeping this week and I'm just too tired to have will power!

How did u get on today @calzone?

Schools go back to normal Tomo and the fridge is well stocked. I'm co sleeping with dc2 so I have NO excuse not to stick to it.

I went completely off plan during half term, as I was away and out with the kids every day. Went to my parents with their cupboard of crap that they refilled especially for our arrival and just ate and ate and ate. Its taken ages to get back on track. I'm so disappointed with myself. Ok

A pound on.

Doesn’t sound so bad but it means I’ve only lost 2lbs since September so I need to sort this out.

I’m 12 stone 5lbs and want to be 10 stone 7lb.

I’ve got my mojo back and I’ve been on plan all day.

I've put 1/2 lb on. I keep saying phew its only 1/2 but they all add up. I've lost a stone but then keep losing and putting on the same weight since then, so haven't gone much below that for over a month.
