Hi
I've done SW since October and have lost 13 pounds. Xmas slowed with down as I put on 3 pounds and am now back to my loss being 13 pounds. I had a baby so I know it will be slow and steady loss. However I go to Jamaica in April for a family wedding and am dreading putting a swim suit on.
At the moment I have 10-15 Syns a day. I'm thinking about reducing them to 5-10.
Any other tips?
I usually crave chocolate so have a hot chocolate every night - 3-4 Syns depending on how I make it. Other Syns I use tend to me butter, salad cream, almond milk for my porridge and sweet freedom syrup.
