So having started SW and am being really windy...if you could see farts I'd be surrounded by a green fog blush

Does this ease off?

Are you eating lots of beans? Of any type? It does get better and your body learns to adapt to it but there are some trigger foods

It might be due to increased fibre, or, as PP said, are you eating foods which are triggers?
Triggers for me would be beans, peas, sprouts, cauli, cabbage: all to be avoided if I'm not going to be alone!
If it's a problem, you just need to find the foods to avoid.

Are you eating a lot of things which contain artificial sweetners? That always makes me windy!!

I've narrowed it down to onions blush

Sending sympathy! Over a year in and it's still awful. The only time I'm not is if I don't get enough speed... blush
