Useful gadgets for a SW newbie?

I've just joined SW online. I'm enormous and hugely fed up with it.
i got £50 in Lakeland vouchers for Christmas and I don't want to buy anything cake related! (Even though I love baking...). What kitchen gadgets might be useful? I have some kitchen scales already.
any ideas? Thanks.

I would say an airfryer is invaluable but all of the ones on Lakeland are very dear. Much more reasonable elsewhere. Lots of people love the spiraliser but I've not used it myself.

I love the spiraliser. I would also recommend some measuring spoons, I have a 1tsp and 1tbsp and I use them all the time.

Good scales, new non stick baking trays?

And maybe a muffin tray to make individual portions of stuff. A nice lunchbox with sections for your salad and other bits. And a water bottle with an infuser section. I wish I had a Lakeland voucher now!

Soup maker
Lots of different flavourings to add to SW cakes, yoghurt etc
Mandolin if you can be careful
Good knife
Measuring spoons
Weighing scales
Mixing jug/bowls

Thank you is is really helpful! Today is day one, there is so much food in the house from Christmas but a lot of it I can use in a SW way - I had smoked salmon and scrambled egg for breakfast (and two of the kids stocking satsuma lol)

Got my list of things to look for in Lakeland :)

Only thing is I won't be able to have a perfect week as I will want a drink etc on NYE - I was using that as an excuse not to start until next week but I figured I can get three days on plan under my belt before then, there is always an excuse not to start isn't there!

Gonna make pasta salad with leftover turkey for lunch :)

I wouldn't be without sistema bowls ( or Lakeland equivalent), for taking leftovers to work for meals there: chilli, soups, etc.
You are right to keep today as your Day One: just keep to the plan either side of your NYE flexible syns, then you will stay in control and probably still have a good weight loss.

Hi Excellent! Good on you for starting now.

I've been doing the plan for 8 weeks. Gadget I use the most are my blender (I eat a lot of homemade soup) and we have an oven crisper sheet but I've just seen Lakeland do this which is like a baking tray. Brilliant for cooking homemade chips (syn free!).
