Many of the meals seem to be based around meat and fish, so I just wondered if it's possible to follow the plan as a vegetarian? Thanks :)

I have only been doing it for 3 weeks, but loads of what I have is vege: chilli made with quorn mince, lentil and veg stew, jacket potato and beans, egg salad, vege breakfast with egg/mushrooms/beans/tomatoes, homemade houmous with crudites.
I have lost 6lbs so far!

I've lost over a stone in the 9 weeks I've been doing it, entirely veggie. Beans, lentils, quorn mince and quorn chicken are all free and most veggie sausages are only half or one syn so it's quite easy to follow, once you get the idea.

cherrycrumble, (good slimming username), yes, it's possible to follow SW as a vegetarian.
I'm a long-time target SW target member, and, while I'm not vegetarian, I do like to have lots of veggie meals, along the lines of those mentioned by PPs.
There are plenty of vegetarian recipes on the SW website, and in the SW cookbooks, so you wouldn't be short of new ideas.

I use a lot of the SW recipes and substitute quorn for the meat. A lot of quorn is free or low syn. The also have a vegetarian recipe book which is good. Jacket potatoes are good filled with beans and cheese, mushy peas, mushrooms and onions or stir fry veg. When I stuck to it I lose well....not this week though , too many mince pies ( which I know are not strictly veggie but are my one weakness). Good luck.
