I have been 4 weeks on plan. Only over my syns 1 day, full of fruit and veg. I lost 5.5 the first week. 1 the second week, maintained last week and only 1/2 lb this week. 7lbs in a month - what can I do to speed this up? I have only got a stone to lose but at this rate it will be February before it is off.
