Struggling to keep focused

I have been 4 weeks on plan. Only over my syns 1 day, full of fruit and veg. I lost 5.5 the first week. 1 the second week, maintained last week and only 1/2 lb this week. 7lbs in a month - what can I do to speed this up? I have only got a stone to lose but at this rate it will be February before it is off.

Eggs, I think you are doing well.
Your average weight loss of one and a half pounds a week is normal and sustainable.
You could speed things up by having some extra SP meals,if you want to.

Google to see what a pound of body fat looks like. It'll give you a different perspective on "just a pound". 7lbs in a month is good.
