Oh my word - balsamic vinegar DOES taste like Pimms!

'Tis true - I read it somewhere and thought I'd give it a go - well I'm gobsmacked, it actually works! Diet lemonade, a slug of sugar-free raspberry & peach 'juice' drink and a dash of balsamic vinegar = a good-enough version of Pimms and zero syns - my world is a happy place

(Still can't get the curry powder/yoghurt = coronation chicken thing to work though)

That's the only snag - it doesn't. But it cheered me up as DH was knocking back a nice cold beer and I couldn't face yet another glass of water.
