So my third and final baby has arrived and now 8 months old. I've done SW after each baby and never lost more than 2 stone before falling off the wagon or getting pregnant again. I need to loose 6 stone so it's going to be a long slog. I keep putting off joining because I can't get to group or afford it but I think I'm going to just start using my memory and then join in two weeks when I get paid.
I think I remember using my hex on milk and porridge/weatabix - does that sound right?
Also is there anywhere online that I can get recipe info? Blogs? Facebook pages?
