headache

I began the slimming world diet yesterday morning however Iv had a constant headache since yesterday afternoon. I'm drinking lots as normal but feel crap, anyone else felt this? xx

Yep ! Sugar withdrawal . It's horrible but it will pass.

Oh!! Well that's reassuring at least lol I thought it could be that!! It's funny how much rubbish i used to eat then because my head feels like it's going to explode!! Looking forward to it passing. Thank Hun xx

It's really awful but it does pass. I found I got them when I do a couple of SP days as well.

It's gone now thank god, it went on the second day and now I'm not craving junk food so it's all good xx
