How do you cope with eating healthily if your family aren't supportive? I joined SW a week ago and have been sticking to the plan and preparing healthy meals. Yesterday I made SW pakoras and chicken curry which took a fair bit of time to prepare. Ds refused to eat it as it was not like his usual curries. Dh ate most of it but gave suggestions of what other ingredients I could have used.
Today I made a healthy SW cooked breakfast but they both moaned about the lean bacon. Dh said I should have bought some fatty bacon as lean is more expensive. Next time I suppose I can buy normal bacon and remove the fat for me but the little digs are getting me down. we are having SW spag bol later so I will no doubt get complaints about that .
I asked dh to run me down the supermarket to get some more fruit and veg and he moaned at that too as I am 'spending too much'. As I am the main earner and pay 99% of all the bills I think it's a bit rich really.
