I have decided it's time to stop making excuses and to get off my bottom and start loosing weight.

I have a hell of alot to loose. And after researching lots of diets i am going to sign up for slimming world .

I am going to do it on-line at first as i am very embarrassed about how big i have got . and i know i will get people saying no go to a group no one will judge you , i cant do this i am going to do it on-line.

I managed too loose four stone before on slimming world and this was in a short period of time.

but this was many years ago and from what i can see its changed.

I just wondered how people find it and does anyone else do it online? plus where can i get some nice scales from as guess ill have to weigh myself lol.

So far im finding it ok online. I'm sticking to EE though at the moment as it fits in around me and the family.

I got my scales from Amazon

I go to group. The first time was 9 yrs ago before my wedding. Lost 2 stone put 9lb back on (abroad wedding) and have played with the same 9/10lb ever since.
I don't cook different meals for everyone we get the same.
This weeks menu includes, pasta & meat balls,
fish & chips,
savoury rice with chicken curry,
we've had steak pie tonight (5syns)
hubby had lasagne left over for work today. Teen had crispy chicken & rice last night, we had cottage pie.
No diet food included.
It takes some prep but if I'm 11st by July I might crack a Smile.xx
