My dd arrived 10 weeks ago and I have a lot to lose. I started 5:2 a few weeks ago and was doing ok but was only losing around half a lb a week and stayed the same a couple of weeks. I've done SW before a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. I know the basic principles (I did extra easy I think it was called?) but have a few questions before I do a meal plan and give it another go. I'm not keen on the groups so going to try and go it alone
Can someone quickly explain the healthy extra thing to me? I can't for the life of me remember the details (I'm not breastfeeding btw so would just follow the normal plan)
Does anyone have any ideas for easy meals? I find it hard to spend a lot of time preparing and cooking whilst looking after dd.
What's everyone's favourite snacks to have in the house to eat?
Also how do I work out how many syns I get per week?
Any other tips are greatly appreciated
