Help.

DS is 1 on Sunday and always been a wriggler in bed. He's in with us as has various disabilities and an NG feeding tube in.

He has a nap, most days, 12-2pm ish and his last feed is 7-8pm. Goes to bed around 9 once his feed settles. He has reflux so we need to make super sure he's ok before lying him down. We can't adjust his feed times as he has a pump to feed him and they need to be spaced out.

Anyway, for the last week, he seems to wake with the birds - 4am ish. We have dark brown curtains and a blackout blind so it's not that.

You can't actualy hear the birds, but it's when dawn breaks that he wakes up.

Not crying, just kicks the cot, fidgets, babbles etc. I get up to snuggle him down again - not too hot/cold - and leave him.

After 5 or 6 atempts, I give up as have severe SPD so geting up and down is hell and bring him in with us. DH rarely hears him. He lies there for up to an hour, just looking at me until he dozes back off.

I don't think he's hungry as he's not crying, not wet or soiled, no temp etc.

Any advice or experience????
