my little one loves quilts rather than duvets as has no strength to pull cover and duvet...wheras a quilt is all in one and thinner

if this makes sense

however as a 2 1/2 year old all cotbed quilts are so small for him now

and every night i am up at least 5 times with him screaming to cover him up again as quilt falls to one side not covering him anymore

what shall i do?

any suggestions welcome a lot!

very tired mum

Would he not be able to manage a cotbed duvet? My ds's have the ikea ones and ds2 (20m) can manage it no probs. Quite light and thin.

I always just used a normal single bed duvet. That way it draped all down the bed sides and was more liekly to stay on. We used to hve the lowest tog we could find.

Mamas and Papas do some gorgeous ones which I think are a bit bigger, but quite pricey - depends how much you want to spend.

Saw a nice red/blue reversible one in M and S today £29.50. Quilted like puzzle pieces. It was probably single size but you could double over or fold up the bottom.
