That's it really! She is 10 weeks on Wednesday, and has been swaddled to sleep when at home since day one really. Se goes to sleep no problem in her car seat or pram if we're out and about, but in her crib/cot she won't sleep any other way.
I want to start putting her up to bed in the evenings to have some 'me' time but because she won't sleep any other way - I don't feel comfortable leaving her upstairs, swaddled, when I know she can break out of it no matter how tightly it is done. I have often walked past her crib and found her arms free and the sheet draped over her face
She has terrible arm control in her sleep. I got her a grobag thinking I would be comfortable leaving her upstairs in that as she can't slide down or get anything over her face - but she constantly wakes herself up by hitting herself in the face/rubbing her eyes/knocking her dummy out.
I know she can't be swaddled forever, she is already showing signs of being frustrated with being so tightly packed but she just can't sleep and stay still any other way. Help!
