what do tohers do when they cant sleep?

and how do you finally get to sleep? im up for trying most things as it is driving me mad lately

i mn.ive been having trouble sleeping.sometimes i lie there for hours thinking i'll drop off in a minute.sometimes i get up.sometimes reading helps.

what about if dh is already asleep? i cant put any light on as it will wake him so am not able to try that one tonight

i cant bear lying there for hours though thats worse than sitting up

my dh works away alot.i sleep better when hes here!when hes here-i come downstairs for abit.play suduko or similar.

my dh is always at home, i find im fine if im able to not think about any problems at work or inmy life otherwise they seem to play on my mind, i write things down to get them out of my head.

im ok alot of the time but its on the nights that im not i seem to be awake most of the night which isnt good when you have to get up and get kids ready for school then go to work like tonight arghhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well im feeling tired right now but know the minute i get upstairs it wll change and its pretty boring staring into darkness
