why wont my ds bloody sleep???

he is nearly 9mo and bf. He hasnt cut down any feeds at all since weaning and we have co slept since birth. He has never been the greatest of sleepers but the last few nights he has been surviving on a couple of hours sleep, and not much better with daytime naps. I cant do cc as dd has become a terrible sleeper too and once she is finally asleep, she will wake at the slightest noise. Help, please!
