18 month old and night waking. Please help!!!

Hello,

My 18 month old daughter has just started to wake during the night at 2 am every night, screaming for mummy. Previously, she was an okay sleeper.

We've been through controlled crying when she was 12 months so we could do that again as a last resort but I wondered if anyone had any more advice? We moved house recently and the waking up coincides with this. During the day, she's very settled and happy and loves the new house but every night without fail she screams at 2am.

It's the kind of crying that disturbs me. It's more like a scream than a cry and 'mummy' mummy' over again. In the morning she is absolutely fine and her usual happy self. It takes a bottle and a cuddle to settle her during the night.

It's really hard. I work full time and I'm just finding it impossible to get through the day as I'm sooooo tired. Is she having nightmares? What can I do?

if its almost always the same time i would be inclined to try wake-to-sleep.
