8 month old (almost 9 months) has been waking in the night - not necessarily for a feed, and then he's is super reluctant to go back to sleep and quite alert / ready to get up!
Have no experience of this. DD was and is a sound sleeper.
Why is he doing this and how should I resolve it?

When they (he's 8 mths) wake in the night for no good reason and are very alert!
