Sleep regression tips please!

My baby is 3.5 months and I think we might have hit the sleep regression. I'm looking for any tips to help us with this.

He is still good at actually going to bed / nodding off by himself with me near the next-to-me cot, and he usually has a good stretch between about 8pm and 3am. He then us usually has a feed at 3am and would normally then wake for the day around 7. Sleep regression behaviours are that he's going to bed at the normal time but then walking at around 9pm hysterical. This goes on for an hour or two with no way to calm him. Eventually he will take some milk and fall asleep.
The rest of the night then proceeds as normal with a 3am feed, but he now wakes at 6am hysterical and refuses to feed. Hysterics go on until about 7.30 when he will take some milk and fall asleep until about 9!

I know this is all to be expected. Just wondered if anyone has any tips. Thank you x

Honestly I don't think there is anything other than the not very useful 'nap when baby naps'

The regressions are a killer and you just have to keep repeating to yourself that it's just a phase that'll pass

Yeah sorry - coffee.

They come out the other side, eventually and possibly with some sleep training.
