18 month sleep regression?

DD was not initially a great sleeper but at about 14 months it all seemed to click. She settled by herself and quite quickly then slept through for about 11 hours, same settling for 2 hour after lunch nap. Fast forward 4 months and it has all gone pear shaped! It appears to be classic sleep regression... taking a long time to settle after lots of playing in cot and only if one of us is in the room. Waking at night and calling for us. Fighting the nap... only reliable way is to go for a drive! It’s been about 4 weeks now with no end in sight. I know it can last ages and we are being consistent with bedtime routine. I am worried that she will need us in the room from now on to help her settle... not the end of the world if she does though.

Looking for any advice on whether this is regression or anything else? No sign of teeth though still 8 to come, no major life changes. Also advice on coming through unscathed!

Thanks in advance x

When did baby start independent pulling to standing? What about walking?

@FATEdestiny DD walking at 15 months. It might be a development leap as she understands more and more language every day

I have a 3year old and twins who are 19months really struggling to put them to bed. I now have to do it alone as hibby away working , my husband used to be downstairs with twinnies whilst i put eldest to bed. She still needs me to sit on the end of bed til she falls asleep.
Is anybody in the same boat...desperate for advice as i cant leave downstairs alone whilst i put others to bed....
