Daytime napping!

My LG is 20 weeks old and seems to nap best when lying on me. If I put her down she will sleep but not for as long so I mostly let her sleep on me so I know she's getting a decent nap.

I don't really mind this as I know she's still young and maybe likes the comfort. Plus she sleeps 11 hours every night so cannot complain there.

I just wondered if others had gone through this and if their lo grew out of it or maybe give me some tips on how to transition away from this?

TIA Smile

Enjoy it while you can! I loved my daughter napping on me during the day when she was little, she stopped it around 8/9 months and it broke my heart, she's 18 months now and trying to get a cuddle is like trying to get blood from a stone 😂

My dd grew out of it and I still miss the days she would sleep on me ! It was so easy to get her to sleep then. Not now !!

My DD was like that and I slowly transitioned her to sleeping in her baby bouncer by each time moving her across slightly earlier and earlier and bouncing her if she stirred.
Now she never falls asleep on me and I do miss it.
