Neighbour waking my baby?

Brief introduction I have a 3 year old girl; a 2 year old girl and a 7 month old boy,
I live in a 2 bed so baby is still in my room and the girls sleep in the back room which backs onto my neighbours yard,
For a long time.now my 2 year old has woken up at 2am and that's when my day starts as my 7 month old is up at 5 while my 2 year old is still awake,
I know my neighbor wakes up at stupid times and smokes a lot! His back door is right by the girls window and he has 3 bins that he's always putting stuff in (loudly) he's an amazing neighbour but I'm at my wits end!! I'm getting about 2 hours sleep every night and then I'm. Constantly on my feet I'm. Sure I have shin splints I'm always in pain ! Tonight I've just had enough, I'm not coping with 2am starts
I've tried everything I thought she was having night terrors but it wasn't that, I put a night light in, I changed her mattress, I've done everything in my power to find out what's waking her up but the only explanation I have is it must be my neighbour? Please help on this one!
Also sorry If the post seems all jumbled up I'm one over tired and over worked mama x

Have you tried swapping rooms with them to see if there is a regular 2am noise at the back door? You cant really assume its the neighbour unless you have heard them. Not much consolation but my 2 year old seems to have a really reliable body clock- often up at antisocial hours but at a set time so now even when she does sleep through i wake at 3am becuase of her pattern.

Have you tired letting her into your bed to resettle her and see if she'll go back to sleep? Is she teething? Dies she need to drop her daytime nap?

I'd get her in bed with you. Mine have all woken at 2am then I take them back into bed with me.

Your 3yo sleeps in the same room and doesn’t wake up? It sounds like your 2yo has a body clock set to wake her at 2am. It is this you need to try and change. Can you try having her sleep in your bed with you so you can soothe her back to sleep as she starts to waken? I reckon it has nothing to do with the chap next door.

When she stays at my mums she sleeps right through until 9 in the morning !! If I put her in bed with me she just climbs out and sits crying on the floor, that's why I thought It was night terrors she doesn't want anyone to touch her or be near her I have to bring her down and put tv on and make breakfast before she stops screaming 😫

Does she have a snack or milk before bed?
Could she be hungry?

Swap rooms or put a bed in your room for her. And stop getting up with her otherwise you reset her clock!

Could you stay overnight at a friend's or relatives? I imagine it's her body clock waking her at 2am now rather than any noise? My ds woke at 4am for 2.5 years... We ended up resetting when he was ready to drop naps forcing him to so he went to bed later and slept in until...6am!

She has 5 small meals a day as well as snacks and a 9 Oz of hungry milk before bed so she is definitely not hungry, my 3 year old eats less (refuses most foods) and she sleeps through until 8, but she can sleep through a tank running through the house nothing wakes her up,

You could try wake to sleep? Set an alarm and gently rouse her at 1.30 then resettle her to break the habit?

Although when I tried that with ds who was waking at 4.30, he just started being awake happily from 4am instead 😁

How about trying white noise in their room to block out the neighbours noise?
