I'm trying to work out the best napping schedule for my 14month old. She's always loved to sleep and has been getting up at 6:30am with a long 1.5 hr nap at 9am and an hour nap at 1ish. However her morning naps have got shorter and then she often refuses her afternoon nap unto about 3pm which is too late and impacts on bedtime.
Therefore I'm thinking of dropping her morning sleep to get one good sleep but the thing is she gets tired by around 9 (in fact she already yawned at 8:15 this morning!) and is yawning away so I can't see how she would make it till after 12?
At nursery it's a different story and she barely sleeps.....
Any advice?
