15 month old night waking

My daughter over the last week or so has been waking but screaming like she is in pain

It always seems to be around midnight she wakes and when we go in her room she is usually standing up screaming. Trying to comfort her is a night mare as she pushes you away and we normally try and lay her down and it with her until she has drifted back off to sleep again before we creep out her room

The last week or so she is not settling down so either myself or husband will sleep with her on. The sofa so that we can try and get some sleep
We both work full time so it's becoming an issue and impacting our jobs now but my main concern is my daughter

She doesn't appear to be teething and we seem to be puttin it down to night terrors but we just don't know what to do

Are her molars through? I know you say she doesn't appear to be teething, but they could be grumbling away below the surface. Dc3 is 17mo and the molars have more or less cut but he's having a lot of pain every now and then - I think the eye teeth are on the way too, which my mum has always said are the worst!

My guess would be teething
