Where would I get a cold pillow?

They go all hot and horrendous. Before I had kids I didn't used to mind because I was always chilly but I'm a giant ball of heat now. Like Jupiter. I even have a permanent giant spot.

I need a cold pillow. Please help!

gelcooled or cool memory foam tho we have a memory foam pillow at the moment, and I HATE it.
