7 month old sleep, help!!!!

My 7 month old wAs a great sleeper at first, only waking once or twice a night for a feed. But over the last few months she's waking every hour or so. I've tried feeding, not feeding, trying to rock her etc, she won't self settle. If I lay her down when drowsy she wakes and waves her arms about violently. Getting her to sleep is easy, it's keeping her asleep. Don't know what else to try but the tiredness is setting in and affecting my relationship, brain function and everything else! I miss my sleep

She's relatively easy to self settle in day, can lay her in pram awake and she'll send herself off, help me! What else can I possibly try? She is bf and is having lunch and dinner and a top up formula before bed. I started this to check she wasn't hungry but now it's part of our set routine
