Dummy use with a blocked nose- any tips please

Hello my dd uses the dummy to go off to sleep with. She has a cold at the moment and is struggling to suck with the dummy and so is finding it hard to fall to sleep.
Does anyone have any tips on how to help her? Are the dummies with holes in them? Or something else she could suck on to go to sleep?
