My DS is 12 months old and still wakes several times during the night. Most of the time there doesn't seem to be anything wrong, but he can only be settled with milk, which he only has a few sips of. He also wakes every night about 4am for a bottle, when he seems to be genuinely hungry.
Any advice? Do I need to try controlled crying? He is generally a good eater during the day so not sure why he is waking up hungry at 4.
The most annoying thing is that until a couple of months ago he was sleeping through the night.
