First time ever skiing - going on Sunday.

Nerves are kicking in. Starting to dread the thought of injuring myself.

Please tell me it will be ok!!!

IME fitness is really key not only regarding injuries but with enjoyment! You'll probably be fine the first couple of days learning to snow plough down a nursery slope, the dangerous time is a couple of days in when you feel more confident and whizz off on to bigger slopes without your instructor - you know, when you think you can ski and you can't, not really! Stay well within your comfort zone and you'll be fine. Probably 😬
