Ski and snowboarding

Frivolous question - what to wear on Xmas day in a ski chalet?

We've stayed in chalets for our ski holidays before but never over Christmas (normally play hookie from school but GCSE's this year!) Normally the in-chalet après-ski dress code is relaxed - jeans and comfy jumper. But what about for Christmas dinner?!? Do people dress up more? Don't want to be underdressed nor schlep a smart outfit over to France if it's not needed. We're only travelling as a family not a big group, so will be sharing the chalet with other families. What's the 'norm?'

I don't have a red bra so last year I took my LBD and teamed it wore it with woolly tights and cardigan, no one was really dressed up though. Didn't bother with shoes inside so no need for killer heels. Do people normally dress up?

Now, OH may get the bra and boots treatment, but I'd put everyone else off their dinner lol!
