We are going to the Milk Way area on Sunday for a week. I have not previously skied in Italy before and know that Italians tend to dress up. So will be out place eating dinner in a fleece and ski trousers? Should I pack more so that we can 'dress' for dinner?

Yes, i reckon so.
They seem to dress so chique and well in France and Italy.
Jeans and really nice top , or dress and winter boots ??
I tend to wear a black polo jumper and black jeans with black boots. . . . .not too smart but more evening gear than salopettes and fleece.

I don't go out in salopettes unless I'm skiing, even in France Grin I wear skinny jeans and boots and a smart top - I find most bars/restaurants are warm, so you might need a jumper and coat to walk there but you don't want to be wearing a jumper all night!
