Mine isn't working, has been funny for ages and is now dead and cant find my profile at all. Can you fix it so it comes alive again?

I shouldn't have two current identities I can change from, should I?

BOF your profile is alive and well - I can see it. Or do you mean just the allocating a profile to a name page?
