My new Children's Centre has NetMums A5 sized cards in a display holder. It does not have Mumsnet cards - why not?
I know the cost is quite high for producing Print Media adverts, but could a sponsor be found for such things, then have A5 sized cards sent to all Children's Centres?

Mumsnet do have print stuff -- if you go around looking keen like this then they'll send you some to take down to the Children's Centre yourself...

MN leaflets should be given out to expectant mothers - I so wish I had heard of it when I was pg!

I totaly agree, my hv said I should check out netmums! It was only through a combination of sleep deprevation and chance I found mumsnet! It would have been so good to have been on here when I was preggers.

We did do a mail out to Children's Centres in the summer (sadly not sponsored by anyone, but that's a good idea!) so nannynick if they don't have anything please do email us with their details [email protected] and we'll send some along. If anyone has a children's centre, or playgroup, health centre or anywhere Mumsnet-types might gather we'd be more than happy to send you some fliers, there's also a link where folks can print off Mumsnet fliers, but am having a senior moment and can't for the life of me find the link Promise to come back when I find it.

As for giving leaflets to all expectant mothers - great idea. Maybe we could lobby the lovely Alan Johnson and he could fix it meantime please feel free to promote us to your HV's too.

Thanks all for kind comments and suggestions

Hi all,

This is the link to the Mumsnet fliers Carrie was talking about it.

Please feel free to print them off and stick them up wherever you think Mumsnetters-to-be might see them.

Thank you
