There is obviously a topic for the virus and I know that reporting is the standard answer, but for those of us who have mental health issues it's difficult.
I want to be able to come on mumsnet to escape my fears but I cant because I have to read the opening post to find out a person's problem. Which then means I am less likely to visit, which is more isolating.
Not everyone wants negative.

It might be easier for you to hide AIBU.

I hid AIBU several years ago because it was detrimental to my mental health, CV topic hidden now as well.

Hi OP

As others have said, you can hide topics - would this be something you'd consider?

Yes, you can hide AIBU. Probably the best thing to do if it is upsetting you.

I understand why you'd want to do this, but I agree - hide the topics you find upsetting.
