Does the "Home" button not do it for you, ll?

TheQueenOfQuotes Tue 28-Aug-07 14:55:51

ermm - just above "Find discussions" - there's a little word that says "Home" (blue background, white writing).....and it seeems to take me to the home page grin

It's exactly where you said you wanted one

Tamum Tue 28-Aug-07 15:00:18

Aha, I was just wondering if you were using a different browser. Weird!

TheQueenOfQuotes Tue 28-Aug-07 15:00:24

I have firefox and home link?

winestein Tue 28-Aug-07 15:12:23

LL - quick!

Whats 6 divided by 2?

<scarpers>

JackieNo Tue 28-Aug-07 15:14:26

LL - you haven't got all of 'contact a mumsnetter' and 'log out' which are on the right hand side either - it's cut off, isn't it.

SaintGeorge Tue 28-Aug-07 15:15:02

That must be something strange to do with your fonts ll.

It looks like there are other things missing from your screen besides the 'home' link.

I am sensing in my totally untechy bones that you may have uncovered the dastardly trick Tech has played and resolved your dilemma.

Or I could be talking bollocks.

No, you is speaking foreign again.

Marsy thinks I am techy but it is just an act I play.

CSS?

Could be a new american TV programme for all I know grin

AttilaTheMum Tue 28-Aug-07 15:50:10

Cascading Style Sheets.....

I've just checked on Firefox on our old pc & it's OK there. We haven't got round to putting fireox on this one yet (new, with Vista)

FlameBatfink Tue 28-Aug-07 15:52:25

Mine are all there

Not helpful in the slightest, but sniggering happily in the knowledge that I can go home any time I want to grin

<runs away quick before LL refuses to help with site stuff anymore>

zippitippitoes Tue 28-Aug-07 15:54:22

don't think it can be firefox because i have the updated version on the laptop and the pre dated one on here and they are both fine

winestein Tue 28-Aug-07 16:01:19

It's probably something with numbers in it. They confuse LL.

<snigger>
