Back to the Active list - not always working

A minor irritation, but one that's been niggling me for a couple of weeks now.

I'm using Chrome on my laptop and my preferred way to browse the site is to click on Active Conversations from the home page, then scroll down till I see a thread I'd like to read and click on that. So far so good. Having read the thread I click the Back button to go back a page (to the Active list, so that I can continue scrolling down) but 50% of the time this brings me back to the home page. Is this something that can easily be remedied?

There's an entire thread about it if you search "back button not working" or something similar. It hasn't been posted on for a while though, maybe it's time to resurrect it! Smile

Thanks for that, yawning, I've added my comment to the original thread and have fingers crossed for a response. (Was staggered to see the suggestion that a Tech bod would be sent out in person to witness the issue - not exactly 21st century troubleshooting! Grin )

@yawning801 - just to let you know the latest, from my POV. I'd had issues with the Ocado website and their suggestion was that I clear all cookies and see if that helped - it did, and as a bonus I have found that the back button weird behaviour on MN has stopped. HTH
