Do Mumsnet tailor their adverts?

Just reading through the Workzilla threads after I ended up in a Mumsnet Wormhole and this advert came up immediately after a very apt message. It amused me. I wonder if anyone else has noticed adverts relevant to the thread?

the ads I get on MN are very tailored to my browsing history, also you get different ads in different countries, including in the local language.
