Remember I posted that I was getting a "site not secure" message on Asda WiFi? Same problem on Sainsbury's WiFi today. I've just got a new Samsung Galaxy S6, I'm on Chrome.

Here's the screen shot:

when using open wifi such as those supermarkets they will be using thier own ssl certs and they intercept traffic going through thier networks - the reason you see that warning is because the security info your browser detects will not match up with what should be coming from the website you are trying to use because the networks of the shops will be intercepting your traffic.

Thanks Bubbles. It's never happened to me in Sainsbury's before. Maybe they're doing something differently. Confused

Pretty much what Bubbles said! Thanks, Bubbles. Grin

Sorry if this is causing issues, OP. Unfortunately, it's not something that we have much control over here at MNHQ.

I tried to get on mn on a coach the other week - national express - and it was blocked due to content filtering!

Thanks Lorna. I may have to get a more expensive contract next time. 😢
