New App - having to log in every time it opens

I'm one of the app testers (I can't remember if there's still two apps on the go...!!), and since the last update every time I open the app it asks me to sign in, pick a colour preference etc.

I'm using the app on my phone - iPhone 7 plus.

I know deleting and reinstalling the app is usually the first step, but I couldn't see where to reinstall the test app from (Test Flight is empty and asking for invitation codes?).

Happened to me a few months ago. Ended up they suggested changing my password (which wasn't without its problems) but finally it worked.

I've just changed my password and everything was going swimmingly until I tried to log into the app and now it says my email and/or password are wrong.... Confused

Hey @TomblibooUhn - the app is always available on the App Store, and advance release are on Testflight for limited periods of time. When it expires, the version on the App Store is usually exactly the same.

It is odd that you keep having to sign in, a reinstall should fix it permanently, sorry about that!

I've downloaded the app, logged in and everything appears to be working fine again!
