Has TIO become 'stuck' on the test App?

None of the new threads that I've posted on today - or for a little bit, maybe - are showing on it. And those that are showing are very aged in their position.

Sorry to hear about the TIO issue, could we ask for more details so that we can get a clearer picture of what's going on?

1. Can you let us know which device you're using (mobile, pc, Mac, laptop, iPad etc)?
   
2. If you're using a mobile, which one is it (Samsung, Blackberry, iPhone etc) ?
   
3. What browser are you using (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google, Chrome etc)?
   
   We'll wait to hear from you and then we'll take a look asap

Thanks for responding. This is on an iPad - latest test App version and latest iOS update. It seems as if TIO has just become 'stuck' - your very own Y2K?

(Sorry - it's just that it seems to have just happened around year-end. Looks as if it's not refreshing itself. The buttons on the bottom have always been a little temperamental for me but this is something different.)

This is the main feedback thread, and the one that our app team is monitoring. It's all still very much early stages, so they are continuing to tweak and improve.

Ah, found it. TIO seems to be updating properly when you actually 'close down' the device - rather than just putting it into 'snooze' mode. (Which is why I was thinking it had recovered.) What else may be happening, I have no idea.

No worry. It may be a feature they can't avoid - but MN are not alone on this. There's at least one other major iOS app - a big program streaming one - which seems to simply stop working at all until you shut down the IPad properly. MN are doing a bit better than them.

Hi @cozietoesie - I'm a bit late to the party, but it's worth adding. The TIO (and TIW) currently don't have paging enabled, which means if you have a lot of threads in there, it will take a loooong time to load. It's in the queue to fix, but we're not there yet.

Of course it may also be a completely different problem...
