Nominating for Christmas gifts

I know it's only October and I maybe too early, but I remember a couple of years ago there was a MN scheme where you could nominate a poster to receive a Christmas gift.

II didn't see it last year and wondered if it happened again and I missed it and if it is happening again as I would like to nominate someone if possible.
