I just did a Which? survey about the Hotpoint/Indesit tumble dryer fire thing, & I thought the loooong thread about it would be here for me to look up dates, but it isn't, so I'm assuming it was a Chat thread (???)

It would probably be quite useful for research purposes so I was wondering if they are lorst & gorn forever after 90 days or if you stash them somewhere?

Hi LowDudgeon - we can resurrect recent Chat threads and move them to a more permanent topic. If the thread was an Insight thread, or similar, this may be more complex as it may have expired. Do you recall which topic the thread was in at all?

Thanks, Becca. I think it must have been Chat. It started mid-late November so would have expired in Feb? Is that too long ago?

Can't remember who started it either Confused

I know the dates people are getting for the modification are months away now & I thought a bit of a timeline might be helpful.

Aha! The thread linked by Arkwright is the one I mean. Does the number help?

Oooh no, it looks like it's a little too old for us to resurrect Sad

We've had a good look and it's no longer in the list. Apologies LowDudgeon.
