site really jerky

Its starting to drive me a bit bonkers.
The scroll isn't working smoothly, there is a time delay, so everything jerks as it moves/loads
It is making it really unpleasant to read a thread.
When I write in the message box it is two letters behind, so really, really annoying.
Apart from changing my font size over the last debacle, I haven't changed anything. I don't have adblockers. I am on a macbook on chrome

I was going to post a thread to say that I must have accidentally clicked on that blasted "make easter pudding out of your left over easter Egg chocolate" banner, because it keeps darting around the screen all over the place!

Meant to add "a gazillion times" to clicking on the banner. Maybe that's what MNHQ want me to do but it's v frustrating!

I'm sort of glad I'm not the only one but I am doing very little posting, and not much reading, so may be a good thing?

I am using a Samsung, but I also use an ipad 2
