can I hide sponsored threads?

They do my head in. If someone were to pay me for my opinion that's a different matter but they're all after a freebie.

Do you mean these ones with the M 'sticky, like this (at the top)?

Some of them are threads started by MNHQ about important stuff.

But if you mean separately 'sponsored' by advertisers - then I don't know the difference.

can I hide sponsored threads?

As Mumsnet isn't a charity, it has make revenue just to exist and I imagine this is one the ways it does this, along with advertising. No sponsored threads no mumsnet?

The sponsored threads pay for lots of things: servers and for tech bods, and folk to run the site and for someone like me to be about on a Thursday evening at half eleven at night..and gin. Grin
