Why can I post on threads, but not 'log in' ??

MNHQ!!! help!
I can post on threads, and start new ones (ie, this one!) but when I click threads im on try to view a page that needs me to go in its says 'you need to log in to view'... so I log in, but it just brings up the exact same page!!!
ideas?

ooh it works now... i reset cookies and my settings to default i think!
