How can I stop child unwinding my car window

Hi everyone my child keeps unwinding the rear car window and throwing his shoes or toys out of the window, I haven't got electric windows they are the ones you have to wind down yourself and was wondering if anyone out there would if there was anything I could use or do to prevent him from doing this I've tried everything I can think of.

How old?

No shoes or toys etc.

Is she forward or backwards facing? Can you move her to backwards facing as this will make it much harder to do.

Depending on age, what are the consequences for it?
