Pain after orgasm

I have googled this for years, and could never find a result and I'm too chicken to go to the doctor's.

Ever since I was first sexually active, around age 12, I have had intense pain after an orgasm.

The pain, I can best describe it as it feels like my left leg but sometimes my right or both feel like they have dislocated and they have to be physically pushed back together to stop the intense pain. Then I am left with a lingering ache for hours after. When I am trying to reach climax I feel I could be extending my legs a bit too much maybe.

However, the pain is getting a lot worse in the last year to the point where I cannot orgasm until after my husband because when I do, that's it done and dusted! It hurts too much to "go again".

Do you think it could be muscle cramps? Pointing your toes downward could cause it so you have make sure you keep your foot straight to stop them. No other ideas I’m afraid.
