Please help me get my libido back

Just for context, I'm 27 and have a 3yo ds, and a DP who I love very much. This is causing a bit of a problem between us both and I need to sort it out.

I was taking the pill for a good few years before I had DS and didn't realise at the time how messed up the hormones were making me. I've now ditched them and I'm no longer a depressed and anxious mess. The only problem is my sex drive hasn't come back at all, and we are talking 3 years after I've stopped taking the pill. I've looked in to the science behind it and it all makes sense, but all the information I can find points to it returning naturally after a few months.

We have tried more intimacy, 'spicing' things up a bit etc but it doesn't work. Before I started on the pill, we had sex near enough every day. Now it's about once a month

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do about this? We can't live like this forever and we both desperately want to regain this side of our relationship. Are there any supplements I can try or anything? I can't find much useful info online.

cant really help as I'm the same, I find the only thing that helps is actually having sex more even when I might not feel like it as it seems to set off hormones in me

Hi OP I would say the same as joshly, it's what worked for me when I had this issue. I find the more sex we have the more I want. You say you've tried spicing things up already though. If you mean you've already tried sex then I'm not sure what else would help. Do you still fancy your DP? Do you get time alone when you're both not tired etc?

I've had this problem & watching porn especially lesbian porn ...gets me going & makes my husband very happy . Worth a go ! Agree the more sex I have the more I want it .
